If I am not completely wrong, it is even mentioned in the documentation
of the Groebner package that if a ring is given as coefficient domain,
the computation is done with this coefficient ring, but the result has
to be interpreted as if the computation were done over the fraction
field of the coefficient ring. FriCAS does not have an implementation of
Gröbner bases over a ring.
