I propose to remove the following:
1) AFAICS text in src/interp/Makenotes.tex and in
src/interp/bookvol5.pamphlet is useless -- it is out of
date and mostly does not apply to current code. And from
the start it did not explain much, it contained mostly
information which can be more reliably read from the code.
2) src/interp/fortcall.boot and src/algebra/fortpak.spad
contain code to call Fortran routines. This code is
non-working and when it worked it was doing things
in inconvenient and complicated way.
