Two years ago I wrote about removing FreeAbelianMonoidCategory,
InnerFreeAbelianMonoid, FreeAbelianMonoid and FreeAbelianGroup.
To replace them we needed unordered base in IDPO and FreeModule.
This change is done now so we are ready for removal.
