Tobias, can you perhaps give (a more mathematical) account of what you actually want to achieve.
What are your input functions and what do you expect as output. There is no need to answer in terms of FriCAS types, but it would be nice to get an idea what your input class is in order to find an appropriate type in FriCAS for it that can then more easily used to transform you object into something you want.
