Wait a second, there are numerous packages on msys2/mingw64
that uses fork and pty, how does that happen?

Yes, we could do this. OTOH this is really install time
thing, we probaby should install different version of
'fricas' (or none at all). AFAICS currently 'fricas'
on Windows buys nothing compared to just using
FRICASsys.
