I don't see any concrete errors in the log below. But it seems to me that you are running make with multiple parallel jobs (-jX), and some of them failed. I've noticed that the build can run into trouble with -j. I would recommend to try again with just one job, i.e. just "make" or "make -j1". It must be that some dependencies are not properly taken care of.
