At the link above there now next, slightly modified version. Also at: http://wiki.fricas.org/public/styles.css is my attempt at a stylesheet. There seem to be some discrepancies, but IMO it reasonably well approximates colours and fonts of Sphinx style used by Ralf. Of course, we may try different style. For example by default Firefox shows visited link in a different colour.
