Great, thanks Leigh. I left an order for you at the store last night
before they closed, but realized I could add a couple other things, plus
I forgot to calculate tax on the 3 catalogs I ordered...
Perhaps we can quickly setup a time and place to meet as a group this
weekend, and try to call some of the people who signed up at the store
to let them know. How about Saturday evening? Can anyone volunteer
their house as a meeting spot?

Wow! Big news. Hope everything goes well with this, and of course
don't worry too much about accommodating the buying club unless it's
easy. This project should not expect people to put in more time an
energy than they can get out in whatever rewards they are looking for,
so I'm also hoping to make it easy for people to re-pay (so to speak)
volunteers for their efforts. For example, I spent a morning helping
Marigael fix her computer, and before that helped Laurel get a $200 new
internet computer, (both at no charge for my time). I think of these as
"gifts of time" in exchange for their help with buying club orders...
If people are familiar with the concept of a "gift culture," that is
what I am hoping to create in this project, if possible :-)
Thanks,
