PPPS: Now that most people have been getting both the digest and the
regular messages for some time, I am thinking it's time to start
choosing subscription modes... If you have a preference, (including
getting both versions), please let me know. Otherwise, I'll assume
you want the digest only, since it creates less clutter in your inbox.
