Hello, There were several points of confusion, and small mistakes in splitting up the order today. First, there was no charge for the catalogs on the invoice, although several people paid for theirs when picking up their order... Second, tax was not calculated on taxable items, for Carol and Karinn at least (and maybe others). Therefore, please hold off on paying your 5% to the buying club until I can figure things out, and send individual request or instructions. My current idea is to add running notes to an individual page for each person on the wiki site... http://buyorganic.org/live We will also start a list for the next order; and will be switching back to strict pre-payment for orders, since Leigh and I both agreed that it's too much work for us to sort out all these transactions when an order comes in. If the [EMAIL PROTECTED] account collects all payments to begin with, then I can just send Leigh one big payment for the correct amount when the order is delivered, which will be much easier for her; and keep the accounting data in one place for me. Finally, everyone should be responsible for adding their own items to the list on the website. Thus, item numbers are then checked by the person ordering, instead of Leigh or I who typed the list this time.
