Hello friends, Zach gave me a flier at Wild Oats about the need to support a Nevada legislature bill AB593 to allocate funds to "Public & Producer Outreach" activities of the Nevada Organic Certification Program. The Ways & Means - Senate Finance sub-committee is meeting tomorrow morning, (7:30am in Room 3137) when this will be on the agenda. So, the deadline to register your support is today, or tomorrow if you can attend the meeting in person. I just went to the state website, and voted *for* AB593... http://www.leg.state.nv.us/71st/opinions/ There were no public feedback votes registered on AB 593 before mine, so if you get this message in time, please take 2 minutes to add your name to the list of people supporting Nevada Organic Certification.
