Yeah, I heard there is no regulation on selling produce you grow
beyond labeling as well; except at the farmers market, where they want
"certified growers" which simply means that the department or
agriculture has gone to the farm and verified that they are growing
the things that they sell at the farmers market. This it to keep
people from putting up a booth and simply going down to Bonanza
Produce to get stuff at wholesale and sell at the farmers market.
(She said it costs $25 for that level of certification...)
Btw, I didn't know you grew vegetables by subscription! Can you tell
us more about it, or add info to your wiki page? How was the Sunrise
Sustainability party last night? I'm sorry I couldn't make it...
