My name is Sheila O'Brien, and I got your website name at the Earth Day
celebration. I've logged on and perused and printed out several of the pages
just to be able to get a feel for how this works. I am fairly new to on-line
activities, and I admit to feeling awkward about finding my way around.
Is there some sort of step-by-step guide telling me how to initiate an
order?
How do I know what is available to be ordered?
Is there a specific place I go to find out if anyone else has started an
order that I can add to?
Generally speaking, how often are orders placed?
I really don't understand how the payments are made. Is paypal some sort of
company that collects money and then disburses it? What are the different
payment options? I notice that some people pay cash. To whom do they pay it?
I didn't realize this was a buying co-op. I assume this means that we group
our orders and then split the quantities when they arrive?
Is there a list of items (including prices and quantities) available from
each of the suppliers?
Is there a list of suppliers? (I did find the list of Organic Farms and how
to contact them).
Do any of the suppliers supply organic meats, eggs, dairy?
Is there a phone number available so I can call someone and ask questions? I
know you've probably gone to great lengths to make this easy, and then there
are people like me who are e-shopping virgins and who feel like they need to
hear a voice before the first time. (You know, "how do I know you're the
right one for me?"). Anyway, I'd appreciate some help. If e-mail doesn't
work, I'll figure out how to find a live person and beg for assistance and
information.
