Finally spoke with Jim at Diestel and he's going to make our case to the 
owners (very hands-on small operation he says.)

They make LOTS of different products, all grown, processed, and packed on 
site.


Personal favorites:

turkey tenders (portion-sized cutlets of breast meat marinated in various 
flavors.)

turkey sausage (very hard to find without nitrites, chicken, cheese and other 
adulterants.)
