I have known Rukmiba since our AEC days. I had the opportunity to spend couple of years with her and would like to add to your information that charming Rukmi baideu was a dear senior to us who always helped us with anything we needed, always with a smile! I remember being in the same department getting question papers and notes from her and guidance as needed! She also topped in all the semester exams and above all I always admired her poems she wrote for our wall magazines and others. So she is a great poet too, and I just hope in her inspiring journey through the electromagnetic fields she has been still able to manage sometime for her creative writing as well.
