I think you forgot Dazuko and things depending on it. (clamav/klamav on
access scanning)
This will be a problem, because of lsm until change to dazuko branch 3.x.
Therefore I think it won't hurt to wait till this gets fixed (and maybe
there is a 2.6.24.1 then ;)
