I'd like to mention this event in the newsletter but I don't have
enough information.  I read above that this mirror - #7 - died, but I
wonder if it's going to be replaced, also what were the circumstances?
 Assuming users have mirror #7 in pacman's list of available mirrors,
what should do - manually remove it or let each/any package retrieval
request to this mirror fail?
