[fsck] meeting times

as a non-voting, non-meeting attending member i don't think that my 
vote for meeting time should be taken much into account, but i have 
never come to meetings as i always have other meetings scheduled from 
530-900 on wednesdays.  other days i would be able to make most of the 
meetings.    perhaps thursdays or mondays?  only if this is determined 
to be good for the whole group, however, i wouldn't change things just 
for me, if i were me.  which i guess i am, so....
