I will talk about the different tools and methods for creating and/or editing graphics in the GIMP. 
 There are two types of image editing: photo editing and graphics creation.  I will discuss both of 
these.  Here's a taste of what will be covered:

Image Editing - balancing value and color, the curves, levels, clone, and hue-saturation tools, 
selection tools, filters (HSV, sharpen, color enhance, red-eye etc.)

Graphics Creation - layers and layer masks, gradients, blurring, and more
I'll may also talk a little bit about ImageMagick if there is time.  I know that many people use the 
GIMP on a regular basis, but that there are also people who hardly ever use it.  I will try to 
include bits of info for both types of users.  If there is anything in particular that anyone would 
like me to talk about, just let me know.
