Mike, do you still have a Win box? Or somebody else running Windows on a machine? We need a person to test the installers/self-extracting zip files. Would be kinda a flop if something turned out not to work properly under Windows. In fact, I remember that happened last time but Scott pointed out the bug before we burned to many of the freeCD images.
