Dear Organization President,
On Saturday, April 29th hundreds of excited prospective students will be on campus as part of the Junior Visit Day, the fifth and final visit event for the 2005-2006 school year designed specifically for juniors in High School. They are here to see everything Truman has to offer and this experience will not be complete without you!
With 99% of Freshman involved in our Student Organizations, and 88% of our Seniors still actively involved, we know how important these groups our to the Truman experience. To give the students an accurate look at all Truman has to offer, we need your help. We invite your organization to request a table at the activities reception. This is a chance for you to show off your organization, let students know what you are all about, as well as showcase what a large role Student Activities play in the student experience here at Truman.
The reception will be held in the Activities Room of the Student Union Building from 9:00 to 10:30 am. Please plan on having your organizational representatives arrive no later than 8:45am.
To reserve a table, just contact me, Jill Graves, at 785-4020, stop by MC 205, or email a response at [EMAIL PROTECTED] before Wednesday, April 19th.
The Admission Office hopes for another great turnout from student organizations on April 29th. Only with your help are we able to show Truman accurately to high school students and their families.
