I seriously doubt it.  I believe the IRS requires some sort of
certification for a company to be able to e-file; otherwise the system
could be "spammed".  For a list of companies that can provide e-filing
check out:

However, if it is low-cost you are looking for checkout Free File:

http://www.irs.gov/efile/article/0,,id=118986,00.html

Free File is only for a certain segment of the population (low-income,
read: college students).
