Hi FSCKers,

This summer among the projects that I've been working on, there is a
small and exciting project (to me :) that involves a system to track
and report the availability of computers across campus, so we can see
which computers are having problems and when, where and which programs
are being used. This is meaningful for everyone, especially ITS to see
if we need to optimize anything an if so, in which aspects can we
optimize to minimize the resource usage yet deliver better experiences
to all Truman students. For example, are all the computers working fine?
Do we need licenses for the program X on all computers?

After some hit-and-miss, the program is quite in an 'usable' shape. It
can show a live map (yes it is a live map) of all the computers in a
site:

It now can tell you many interesting things that you might not know.

People over ITS, especially Amy, Donna and Jim who have given me an
invaluable chance not just to work on it, but to publish the source code
of the program under a free software license.
