I'm not sure what part is meant to be mocked-up? Anyway, I'm not sure why the installer needs to help an "expert" user along in setting up non-free. Presumably that level of user would be able to figure out how to enable that him/herself. My opinion is that it should be removed. Also pertinently, that dialog is not exposed at all in the non-expert mode, so non-free is already completely separated for users that choose that option since it is not configurable at all.
