If even a fraction of all the resources required for all the fantastic steps suggested above would instead be funneled into spreading the message of software freedom by, for instance, introducing a chapter on Software Freedom in school and Engg. textbooks, going to schools and giving a talk on why software should be free etc., it would do more good to the cause of free software than all of the above put together. -- Khuzaima A.
