Great idea Shyam, Petition all the regional office bearers, you can even alert them about starting a campaign in institutions to prevent innocent freshers from joining these organisations, if the freedom of future generations are getting compromised because of deliberate actions from ACM/IEEE. Start a portal like www.nooxml.org and invite their attention to its contents.
