It sounds like what we need is proactive legislation that makes this
kind of thing illegal. Push instead of pull. Protection of personal
rights vs corporate rights, that kind of thing.
IANAL, obviously.
Personally, I am more motivated to pursue the charitable organization,
especially given the "Consultation on proposed Guidelines for Research
as a Charitable Activity" I mentioned earlier..
