The FFII are perhaps understating their achievement in this PR. We
finally have a Liberal Democrat MEP willing to speak up against
patenting software algorithms; indeed, members of all parties have
tabled good amendments to the Council directive.
Of course, what is now needed is for MEPs to vote overwhelmingly in
favour of those amendments :)
