It seems that people have already read copies of the Gowers review of
intellectual property law:

I'm assuming that when it's public it will be put here:

But it doesn't seem to be public yet.
Perhaps him flipping the bird to the music industry has my hopes up too
much, but it looks like at least some sense has been seen.
