The IP Kat as usual has pretty decent commentary: http://ipkitten.blogspot.com/2007/11/high-court-to-hear-software-patents.html The notion of the High Court overturning the judgement of the (higher) Court of Appeal does seem fanciful, but there is still a strong logical argument to be made about form and substance of patent claims which hasn't fully played out over here.
