Greetings! Another installment of transcripts...... I'm trying as an
attachment with photos inserted this time, attached to the next two
emails. Please let me know how this comes through for you. Thanks! I
can resend without photos if necessary. Look for the icon at the bottom
of this page!
Other offerings:
1.Photo cd (cds) will be available soon. Who would like it before the
17th??? Can we arrange a pick up place....I don't think I have time for
mailing them but could. I will need a little reimbursement since I'm
doing so many of these. We can work that out on the 17th.
2.I have had printed sets of 10 notecards with 10 different photos that
I took and edited....
selected with KC and Katherine's help: Kitchen still life, 508 to
Carasque, View from Bangor House, Arpillera,,Morning in Carasque,
Rooster Carasqueño, Oldest Amate tree in Carasque, Organic Coffee,
Banana, Papaya. They were going to be sold at the auction. I've sold 10
sets ---first printing, but have put in a larger second order. They
should be done by the end of the week and ready for pick up---from my
home in Old Town or from???? in ???? Katherine has convinced me that
$12 is not too much. $7 reimburses me for printing costs and additional
cutting and packaging supplies. $5 will go to PICA for the Sister City
project fund. Please let me know asap if you'd like to order sets, how
many and when you need them. Checks can be sent to me at 4 Oak St. Old
Town 04468. I'm keeping track so send me the full amount $12 and I will
write one check to PICA at auction time for their portion.
More sets will be available at the auction whenever the date is set.
3.******December 31st.....any delegation member who'd like to get
together on New Year's Eve...is welcome to join us here in Old
Town....open house 8pm on! If the weather's anything like today I know
no one will be going further than their front porch, but please let me
know if you would like to come with family for a cup of warm cider or
wine and whatever snacks/treats we all contribute to the spread.
Whoever is here will toast any who aren't so we'll all be together in
spirit!!! I'll send directions later on.***********
The transcripts will come in two installments as attachments if it
works....first time the 2.5 mb file just didn't maike it
through....interminably (by computer standards) long to send and
probably for you to receive) I may have to forego the photos. :-(
