[ftaadelegation] Presentation moved to U.U.!

Hi everyone from the delegation and from the Rice&Beans committee,
The R&B committee doesn't even know yet that when the delegation met last
Saturday to prepare for the rice&beans event this Sunday, there were squawks
of dismay when people learned we were meeting right there at p&j... Many
squawks!  Delegation members are planning on bringing friends, and we all
felt we needed more space.  So... I talked with our buddies at the U.U.
Church, and they are fine with our meeting in the room upstairs there,- the
Dorothy Memorial - hoowah! .  We can get in at 3 to set up if we like, and
the gathering is from 4-6. We can stay until 7 to clean up.  But maybe it
means bringing paper and plastic utensils to not have to use their
dishwasher? Can we stand it? Unless someone has used their dishwasher
before, and doesn't mind being responsible. We can put a big sign on the
PICA door to trot on down the block.  And Lesley, think you can send out
another email to the PICA list with the new place on it?  Muchas gracias,
