[ftaadelegation] Munchies & set-up

Hi friends,
Now that the script is edited, and the visuals spiffed up, and the
legislators invited (it's not too late to call your's and remind them of the
invite that came in the mail, and urge them to join us!!!), we get to the
really important stuff - what to eat!  I figure most folks will have had
supper by 7, except those of us setting up.  But most folks also like the
welcome of munchies and a cuppa something.  So... Here's the tasks I can
think of, and maybe you have other ideas.
1.  We need someone to either take on making coffee, and tea, or to take on
just making hot cider.
2. We need a few people to bring munchies. Cici, I think is, ordering a
vegie platter.  Sweet and savory other finger food would be most welcome.
3. We need a few folks to help set up the room.  It shouldn't take long
since we've done it before, but we actually need to be off Salvadoran time
and back on North American time for this event!  So, perhaps setting up at
6:15??  
4. Please chime in with any other ideas.  If you reply to all, we'll all be
able to keep track of people power still needed.  Gracias a todos, Katherine
