Dear Reality Tourers,
PICA is launching a major donor campaign to keep on
doing exciting things like the reality tour and more, while decreasing our
dependence on grants. Part of the packet of materials to present to donors
will be program area descriptions. We'd
like a one-sheeter on the Reality Tour - no more than 1 page of text incl.
statement on problem/issues tour addresses + pictures. This needs to go to
graphic design person (so don't worry at all about layout) by 3/11. That's
the deadline. We would really appreciate if someone stepped forward on
this. Thanks!!!
Also: the kick-off for the major donor campaign (to
name names of possible donors and to look over a first draft of the whole donor
packet and just general fun) is either:
Th. March 25, 6-8PM
OR
Wed March 31, 6-8PM
Please let us know what date suits you
better. (Note: coming to this meeting is pure fun and entails no
commitment to ongoing fundraising or committee participation).
