Overview of changes between 1.13.2 and 1.13.3

* Improved build system. Using gnome-autogen.sh now.
(gnome-common needed for bootstrapping)
* Improved documentation. Docs now include list of new API for
each stable version of Pango.
* New public API:
- pango_glyph_string_get_width
* Little performance improvement.
* Misc fixes.
* Bugs fixed in this release:
