when the delegate is invoked.

this scope to identify a callback parameter that needs to persist
until the native side calls back. Only valid for single-invoke
callbacks.
* gtk/Gtk.metadata : mark Print.RunPageSetupDialogAsync done_cb param
with the new async scope.
