Overview of Changes in 2.13.1 (since 2.13.0)

- gtk-engines now depends on GTK+ 2.12 for color parsing (used by Clearlooks)
- Some modifications and fixes for the Gummy focus ring.
- Fixed descriptions in the clearlooks schema file.
