Overview of changes between 1.25.1 and 1.25.2

- Tweak C++ compiler options. If you get link errors with gcc on
x86-64 about __gxx_personality_v0(), make sure your CXXFLAGS does
not have -fexceptions. This will be fixed in Pango itself later.
- Fix crasher with gzipped fonts.
