Fixes
+ Fix a regression that allows more than one instance of the server to
run.
+ Use vino's debug framework instead of g_printerr (mainly in tube
code).
+ Make Avahi use the network interface defined in vino preferences.
+ Use integer (instead of double) as the port parameter in dbus calls.
(This fix 'localhost' appearing in preferences applet)
+ Fixed a warning in libgcrypt initialization.
