Changes in libsoup from 2.29.90 to 2.29.91:
* Added SOUP_SESSION_SSL_STRICT and
SOUP_MESSAGE_CERTIFICATE_TRUSTED, to allow callers to
determine if an https response comes from a server with a
recognized/valid or unrecognized/invalid certificate.
