This is the release candidate for the final 3.2 release. Some fixes
needed to make gnome-screenshot work correctly with newer Mutter, and
some long-standing multihead issues should be fixed as well.
As always, as we approach the end of the 3.2 development cycle, there's
also a huge number of translation updates.
