* Details:
- Avoid an empty layout when changing to developer mode.
(Requires libgdamm 4.99.4)
- Images: Avoid a warning when choosing.
* Print Layout:
- Use the correct numeric formatting.
- Use foreground colors from the text/field formatting.
- Related Records: Do not show editing formatting options.
- Layout: Fix alignment/expansion of the line options.
* Remove the Add Related Table feature.
It is useful, but it requires explanation and is probably confusing to new
users.
Of course you can still add tables and then a relationship to them
manually.
