About Anjuta IDE
================

Anjuta DevStudio is a versatile software development studio featuring
a number of advanced programming facilities including project
management, application wizard, interactive debugger, source editor,
version control, GUI designer, profiler and many more tools. It
focuses on providing simple and usable user interface, yet powerful
for efficient development.

News

This is a new stable version of Anjuta and all users should update to this
version as all 3.2.x versions become unsupported at this point.

Summary of the major changes between 3.2.x and 3.4:

* project-manager:
 - Improved target chooser in various dialogs (Sébastien Granjoux)
 - Better parsing of complicated automake projects (Sébastien Granjoux)

* project-wizard:
 - Simplification to make it easier for newcomers to create projects (Sébastien 
Granjoux)
 
* language-support
 - Add widgets from glade as private members of GObject classes (Marco Diego 
Aurélio Mesquita)
 - Allow creating signal handlers by double-clicking (Marco Diego Aurélio 
Mesquita)
 - Build with vala-0.16 and various small fixes (Abderrahim Kitouni)
 
* Search
 - Find in files for project files (Johannes Schmid)

* Overall
 - Use relative path for sessions (Sébastien Granjoux)
 - Many bugs fixed including some crashers (various)
