About libsoup
=============
libsoup is an HTTP client/server library for GNOME. It uses GObjects
and the glib main loop, to integrate well with GNOME applications.

* Further win32 build fixes [#692134, Dan]
* Fixed several test programs to still work if glib-networking
isn't installed [Dan], and fixed another to still work if
the kernel has no IPv6 support. [#698220, Dan]
