About Clutter
=============
Clutter is an open source software library for creating fast,
portable, compelling and dynamic graphical user interfaces. Clutter
uses OpenGL (and optionally OpenGL|ES for use on Mobile and embedded
platforms) for rendering, but with an API which hides the underlying
GL complexity from the developer. The Clutter API is intended to be
easy to use, efficient and flexible.

- Require Cogl 1.21.2
- Prefer the OpenGL 3.x Cogl driver
The GL3 driver drops legacy API, and should bring a slight performance
improvement, as well as lower memory overhead. If GL3 is not supported,
Clutter falls back to the older GL driver transparently.
