Changes since 3.18.1:
- Fix bugs in contact address lookup
- No more warnings if address has no street address
- Do not attempt to classify type of address if only one(1)
- Make sure the bounding box of a geocoded places is valid before using
- Make sure send-to-dialog has usable width
- Added/updated/fixed translations:
- Basque
- Slovak
- Norwegian bokmål
