Many thanks to Bastian Nocera and Zeeshan Ali for picking up review
work for me when I dropped the ball!

This release brings many nice new functions and abstractions contributed
by Collabora! The possibility to add backends to use other geocoding
services than Nominatim is one of them.

Changes since 3.21.1:

- Add g_autoptr cleanup functions
- Make code base const-correct
- Add backend abstraction
- Make unit-test base on offline mock backend
- Add support for multiple reverse results
- Add a user-agent property to override default user-agent
- Add equality functions to bbox/location/place
