Changes since 3.26.3
- Fix notification dismissal at application shutdown.
This fix is relevant to be backported and included
in the release because it prevents Boxes from spinning
during the dismissal of notifications at shutdown.
- Bring back the resizing of disk with snapshots patch

This release reverts the patch which allows
the resizing of disks for VMs which have
snaptshots.
It introduces new strings which break our
string-freeze for the 3.26.x series.
