I added 'true *' to ip-restrictor , and also tried not having ip-restrictor at all, nothing working. if I try to connect localhost, it works, but using my real ip, it doesn't. I already have both windows firewall and router forwarding set allow for port 21 TCP and Serv-U used to work for me.
