UFT-8 encoded file names - doesnt work

Hi!

I'm new to Apache FTP server. I made a small FTP server just like in
the Getting Started docs. My shared filenames contain UTF-8 encoded
characters such as 'ú', 'ő', 'ö', 'ó' etc. After connecting to the
server the file names was represented only with ASCII characters, such
as á or ó. Could you tell me how to solve this problem?
